Regional HR Manager - Northamptonshire - c£50,000 + car
Macildowie Recruitment is pleased to be working with a national business in the recruitment of a regional HR Business Manager. Reporting into the Head of HR, the role will be recruited on a permanent basis and pay circa c50,000 + car.
The HR Manager will support a select client group within the business to drive through a variety of change initiatives, aligned to the wider business objectives, as well as managing the BAU HR activities. The role will require the stakeholder to get involved at a variety of levels and build relationships with a multitude of stakeholders. The role covers a multitude of sites where the demands and challenges vary so the HR Manager can expect to be managing a variety of projects and initiatives across the region.
The HR Manager will be work with the business to improve leadership capability and coach on best practice HR. The postholder will be an advocate of improvement and champion of culture, which will require a focus on engagement activities and increasing ownership of performance. The HR Manager may get involved in complex ER cases and support recruitment but the role will have a greater focus on supporting organisational change, projects and HR transformation.
The role will work very closely with the Head of HR but will also form part of a considerable HR function and, as such, the postholder will be expected to participate in group HR forums and contribute to companywide HR collaboration.
Travel will be a consistent element of this role, but in a manageable regional area.
