Regional HR Manager - Northampton - £45,000 + car
Macildowie Recruitment are working exclusively with a reputable business with national reach on a Regional HR Manager vacancy. The HR Manager will manage the HR service for multiple sites across Northamptonshire and beyond. The role is being recruited on a permanent basis and will pay circa £45,000 + car.
The Regional HR Manager will be responsible for managing a small team and a varied client base of c800 people. The HR Manager will work very closely with the site management teams to embed short and long term HR strategies to drive performance, improve engagement and facilitate a culture of team working. The role will involve all aspects of generalist HR, including but not limited to Employee Relations, Reward, Learning & Development, Talent & Succession and change management.
The HR Manager will operate in an operational capacity in the main but will lead on projects both site specific and nationally. Projects that this HR Manager will pick up will include recognition programmes to support retention initiatives, capability and development programmes to support internal succession and reward initiatives to help attract new talent.
You will be CIPD qualified and will have a collaborative, team player mentality. Experience working in a fast paced environment is essential to hit the ground running, as well a sound knowledge of ER and change management. You will be comfortable building relationships in a fast paced, challenging environment and will be able to work on your own initiative.
