The Regional HR Manager will have a pivotal role in the business in delivering a pragmatic HR solution to the business helping take it to the next level. The role of Reional HR Manager is being recruited on a permanent basis and offering a competitive salary up to £48,000.
The Regional HR Manager will be responsible for driving long term and short term strategies into their area of the business. This is a regional role covering, Northampton, the Midlands and North East and will have management over a small HR team. This is a generalist role that will require the successful candidate to deliver operational solutions to the business across ER, L&D, Change Management, Talent and Succession and Reward.
Driving operational efficiencies is one the business' key goals and will be a deliverable that the Regional HR Manager will be tasked with actively supporting in. The ability to build strong, commercial solutions will be highly advantageous for this role.
The suitable candidate will have a strong track record of delivering operationally robust HR strategies. They will be able to deliver pragmatic advice to the business, and be a strong influencer and capable of challenging where necessary. Experience of working across blue collar industries is desired, as is exposure to Unions and the ability to build successful relationships with stakeholders.
