Job title: Regional Trainer
Location: South East Region (Newbury, Sussex, Kent)
Salary: up to £35,000

Reporting to the L&D Manager you will be designing and delivering company standard programmes and local training solutions. You will be reporting on and communicating training plans to senior management for all new starters, apprentices and experienced depot colleagues.
Evaluate the effectiveness of the training programmes to key stakeholders and ensuring results are in line with overall company goals.
You will need to manage your time effectively across all your responsibilities and across the region
The Ideal Candidate:
You should have substantial experience within a field base, training delivery role. You should be aware of all training best practice and know how to design effective programmes that successfully drive growth and performance. Being inspiring, bubbly, and have a high energy approach. Have a good understanding of a retail /sales environment.
