Macildowie are proud to be partnering with an incredible Global known brand whom are searching for an exceptional Relationship Manager out of the Staffordshire head office. Please note the office location is rural so you must hold a driving licence and your own transport.

Your Key Responsibilities include:-
Supporting the sale of excavators and equipment by way of hire purchase and lease (B2B);
High level of telephone interaction with customers, the field-based sales team and dealer sales personnel;
Achieving profitability and margin objectives;
Making outbound calls and responding to inbound enquiries;
Developing and nurturing relationships with clients and dealer sales personnel;
Build, manage and maintain sales pipelines
Support the team as well as achieving individual objectives

Your Key Competences:-
Experience within building rapport with consumers
Passion to drive for results and the wider business
Confident, Sound Judgement and a pro at Decision-Making
Excellent communication skills both - verbal and written
Unrivalled ability to prioritise and work professionally whilst managing multiple client demands
Impeccable attention to detail

Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum: Grade C/5 in GCSE English and Maths.
Qualifications from the Finance, Banking or Credit sectors are ideal
Proven record of successfully meeting sales quotas in a financial services environment
Knowledge of hire purchase, leasing, or general lending
If you have a financial services background in sales knowledge of HP and lease this would be desired.
Working understanding of financial services rules, regulation and industry-norm policy such as anti-money laundering, Data Protection, fraud, treating customers fairly; etc

Pay & Benefits:
Competitive basic salary of £22,000
Plus discretionary bonus scheme of up to 40% of salary, plus other benefits as outlined. Bonus scheme pays once per annum and is also subject to company performance and individual's behavioural performance and actual performance
Discretionary sales incentive scheme
37.50 hour per week, 5 days Mondays to Fridays
25 days holiday per annum plus Bank Holidays (and up to 5 service days after eligibility) Pension scheme (employer contribution - 15%)
