Research Executive Required
Based in the Nottingham offices of this prestigious business you will be tasked to support with the management and delivery of the Voice of the Customer (VoC) programme. Analyse survey results and customer feedback to inform the business.
Deliver data driven customer & market insight and recommendations to support company objectives.
Key responsibilities and tasks:
Voice of the Customer Programme
Work with the Research Manager to deliver the VoC programme, ensuring it meets business objectives.
Interpret VoC survey results and customer feedback to identify key insights for the business.
Reporting and analysis
Monitor and report on customer, competitor, market and future trends.
Interpret research results, using other sources of customer, competitor and market information where relevant, to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Prepare regular customer and market reporting and discussion packs for meetings
Customer and Market research
Support with the management and delivery of research activity; including desk research, surveys and liaising with research agencies.
Build and deploy research surveys.
Communicating and influencing
Produce engaging visual presentations and reports to bring research findings and market trends to life.
Present results of analysis to internal stakeholders and build relationships across the business.
Work on multiple project tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
Maintain a commitment to the company vision, values and the spirit of the organisation.

Key Performance Measures
Deliver VOC programme reporting and ad hoc research projects on time and to a high quality
With support from Research Manager and other teams, show the commercial benefits of research insights and recommendations.
Survey response rates/customer research engagement levels.
Stakeholder satisfaction scores/post project evaluation scores.
Competencies, skills, knowledge and experience to undertake the role:
Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research techniques
Customer focused approach
Analytical, comfortable working with large amounts of data and information
Ability to multi-task within a deadline-driven environment
Positive 'can do' attitude
Attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confidence to build relationships across the business
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong visual presentation skills
Experience in research role
Understanding of statistical analysis techniques to support research.
Survey design and deployment.
Academic and/or professional qualifications
Educated to at least degree level in a relevant discipline (e.g. Marketing, Psychology, Research, Business or Statistics).
Customer/Market research qualification
Degree with a maths or statistics focus.
