McLaughlins are a well respected, Midlands based firm of independent Chartered Surveyors who specialise in a wide range of property valuation and building surveying services for residential properties across Wales and the Midlands.
Following significant Client growth across the Midlands, they are now looking for a talented RICS qualified Residential Valuer to join their vibrant team.
This is fantastic opportunity for an ambitious & experienced surveyor who will be provided with full support & autonomy to build & develop a Midlands team. Well rewarded, the successful candidate can look forward to equity shares in the practice.
Essential experience & responsibilities
MRICS or FRICS qualification.
Sound understanding & knowledge of the industry.
The ability to undertake Mortgage valuations, Home Buyer Reports, Building Surveys.
High energy & passion to achieve business objectives & company growth.
A talented communicator, skilled in building strong relationships.
£50-60k market leading, basic salary
