Macildowie HR are currently working with a large organization based in Milton Keynes, to gain a resourcer for there new and exiting recruitment project. The role will be working in a team of 4, to recruit over 30 staff within the specific time for the companies newest expansion project. Due to the nature of the role the candidate will need to be able to do flexible shift hours i.e. 8-4/9-5/10-6.
-Awareness of the recruitment landscape and how you can attract the right talent into the business.
-Understand the roles, skills and behaviours the company look's for in candidates.
-Drive and monitor internal recruitment in conjunction with your marketing team reflecting the company's brand.
- Use online tools and databases to search for candidates that will fit to vacant roles
-Manage applicant administration, logging all candidate details received via the website, from internal referrals, job boards and agencies.
-Shortlist candidates based on CVs and telephone screenings.
-Co-ordinate with hiring managers to arrange interviews for shortlisted candidates and attend if required.
-Send out rejection communication with feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
The ideal candidate will be someone with 6/12 months of recruitment experience and someone who is extremely organised as the environment will be very fast paced. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain great experience in a supportive, friendly environment.
