Job Title: Resourcing Advisor
Location: Milton Keynes
Job Type: Fixed Term Contract up to 12 months.
Job Salary: £24,000-£25,000 per annum
Due to Maternity leave, our client has the need to recruit an additional head in the Resourcing & Talent team for the fixed term period of up to 12 months.
Supporting Senior Partners and the wider recruitment community, in this role you will take ultimate responsibility for pipelining some of the best talent the market can offer to help make their business as strong as it can be with the right recruitment & strategic hiring plans for the future.
The client is looking for candidates with a mixed agency/in-house (or just in-house) background to be able to support hiring managers with their recruitment needs from beginning to end.
This is a very busy and fast paced corporate environment, and an opportunity for the right person to shine. Ideally applicants would have experience recruiting for Finance/IT and HR specific roles.
Key responsibilities will include:
Taking the lead in the resourcing team to support development of talent acquisition strategies including recruitment.
Partner with the HRBP'S, hiring managers and senior hiring managers to develop and evolve internal and external recruitment processes.
Assist with the development and implementation of assessment methods and ensure successful roll out to the wider business.
Continuously enhance the business brand utilising global / local technology, recruitment management systems, jobsites, social media sites and web portals.
Partner with the HR team to develop existing recruitment pipelines and talent/sourcing programmes.
The ideal candidate will have worked within a resourcing role focussed solely on recruitment in a large business (at least 3+ years) or someone from an agency background who has worked as an RPO in a resourcing capacity.
You will need to be able to demonstrate your previous successes in talent planning and resourcing, have a high level of technical competence with the ability to innovate and problem solve through tough recruitment campaigns, be driven by your previous and future results and be a strong communicator to inspire and motivate as part of a team.
