The role is based in Nottingham city centre and is paying between £26,000 and £30,000.
You will be responsible for managing the recruitment methods the company currently uses and you will be able to make improvements on current techniques. You will be involved in designing, planning and implementing recruitment campaigns to enhance the talent pool the company has access to. Use of social media platforms will be a key part of your role in order to bring in the best and most appropriate talent for the required roles.
The Ideal Candidate:
You should have previous recruitment experience, whether that is from a similar internal recruitment role or via an agency. You should be confident in your sourcing abilities and be able to work quickly in order to meet deadlines. You should have experience dealing with 3rd parties and you must have excellent time management skills. You should have experience of dealing with high volume recruitment and enjoy working in a high energy team environment.
