I am currently working with a leading brand based within reach of Milton Keynes, Aylesbury, Oxford and the surrounding areas; they are looking for a Resourcing Business Partner on an 8 month fixed term contract to cover a maternity leave.
This is very much a 'you will need to hit the ground running' scenario; the company are going through a brilliant time of change and need all hands on deck. The fundamentals of the role are great and you will not only manage the end-to-end recruitment but also get to do all this too…
You will manage a team of three and a huge part of your role will be focusing on key stakeholder relationships. There is a high volume of internal moves at this company (always a good sign, people want to stay and progress within!) and the relationships you develop are imperative to the success of the team.
The company are embracing the new normal and for you to be able to build those relationships they would like you in the office 3 days a week however, you are able to work remotely the rest of the time (yey!).
For your application to be successful you will have significant recruitment experience, be able to adapt your approach to liaise with applicants and high level stake holders, and have previous experience managing a team.
The salary for this role will be £35,000p.a. - £37,000p.a. (pro rata)
