Macildowie HR are partnering a well known and global professional organisation to source as experienced Resourcing Business Partner to join their team. You will support on end to end recruitment of a range of Head Office roles initially for a 3 month contract to assist at a busy time (the contract is likely to be extended). This is a fantastic role for a Recruitment professional wanting to work for a commercial big brand with an open and friendly culture in a collaborative environment. The role is based Warwickshire (commutable from Coventry, Leicestershire, Birmingham, Staffordshire) and paying £35,000 + benefits for initially a 3 month contract. This role is to support their current team whilst they are pulled to work on various projects.
As the Resourcing Business Partner you will be responsible for partnering key stakeholders across Head Office to support with a variety of recruitment and selection activities across that business group. You will lead and deliver in the attraction and selection, ensuring the right heads are in place at the right time and the right costs to deliver a fully rounded recruitment solution. You will ensure you build strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and challenge in the right way in order to find the right people for the business.
We are looking for someone who has experience in the end to end recruitment life cycle including designing and advertising roles, sourcing candidates through the company database, via social media (LinkedIn, Twitter etc) , headhunting, referrals and external adverts - through to managing the interview, assessment and selection process. It is vital you build and manage talent pipelines to ensure a pipeline of strong candidates are readily available.
Working with the wider Resourcing team and the Head of Resourcing, you will continuously strive to identify ways of improving the recruitment journey, customer experience and employee band. This role will also give you an opportunity to get involved in Recruitment projects.
You will have previous experience of working within a similar in-house role and be able to start asap/work on a short notice period. You will have experience of working on both high volume and specialist roles and have fantastic communications skills in order to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
