Job Title: Resourcing Manager

Job Salary: £32-35k plus 20% bonus
I am currently working in partnership with a unique organisation based in Oxfordshire who are looking for a Resourcing Manager to join their 5 strong recruitment team. Not far from Swindon, this is an exciting opportunity for someone to come in make a real difference.
You will be responsible for the growth and development of this client. You will be accountable for meeting expectations in terms of delivery, engagement, operational adherence to the Contract terms and to manage, mentor and supervise the delivery team. You, and your delivery team, will work collaboratively with the Client Director to promote and ensure the organisation is, and continues to be the client's partner of choice for all elements of Recruitment and Resource activity.
To manage the contract and permanent recruitment process for the client and actively Manage and mentor the resourcing team as a whole.
To assist the client with resource planning and worker availability/trends
Ensure regular communication to the appropriate personnel within the client organisation, maintaining key stakeholder relationships.
Support and advise the client on innovative and creative campaigns and projects
To ensure the team understand and consistently adhere to the terms of delivery with respect to the client's Contract
Operating Procedures and Service Level Agreements
Recruit and maintain a quality applicant base to meet customer requirements as well as the proactive identification and submission of suitable candidates.
Manage and lead on recruitment strategy, medium to high volume recruitment.
- Ideally you would have the following:
- Previous experience in recruitment at a senior level
- Exceptional resourcing and talent acquisition
- Experience managing, leading and mentoring an individual/teams
- Experience of recruiting within the Engineering or Technology sector would be advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to converse at the highest level
- Experience of Recruitment Strategy
- Commercially astute
- Innovative and change orientated
- Analytical with attention to detail and excellent time management
