Macildowie HR are working with an organisation in Loughborough to bring in a Resourcing Officer permanently. In this role you will be working closely with the HR team to provide efficient and effective service to the organisation. Offering £20,000-£24,000.
Responsible and accountable for the full recruitment cycle, from initial development of job descriptions and person specifications, drafting and preparation of adverts through to the management of candidate progression from application to employment.
Will also be the opportunity to have involvement in the more generalist remit of the team by supporting with casework and projects.
You will lead and deliver in the attraction and selection of a range of roles, ensuring the right heads are in place at the right time and the right costs to deliver a fully rounded recruitment solution.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business and to ensure you're giving candidates the best recruitment experience.
It is vital you build and manage talent pipelines to ensure pipelines of strong candidates are readily available.
