Are you a creative recruitment partner, with a passion for employer branding?
Maybe there's a bit of a marketeer in you just itching to come out?
Macildowie HR are working exclusively with a hugely successful organisation in Nottingham to introduce the business' first ever Resourcing & Employer Brand Manager to act as a pioneer of talent management throughout the company.
This is the opportunity of a lifetime for a truly ambitious and driven recruitment expert. You will be setting strategies for the resourcing plan for the business, post COVID-19.
This fixed term contract role is a true 'value add' position, creating an EVP, reviewing the on boarding procedures and setting up the brand new recruitment module on the HRIS. You will be responsible for creating a seamless candidate experience and getting the buy in from hiring managers to support your processes.
To be successful for the position, you must be able to demonstrate working within an in-house recruitment position and taking ownership of the Employer Branding work, this is key for the role as it's a new focus for the client.
Whilst there are a few live processes to be working on, this role really is about setting up a department that will contribute to this business' overall perception in the market and ensure they are an employer of choice when the working world returns to normal and the business forecasts huge growth through various acquisitions lined up.
If you're ready for the challenge and thrive off creating a real legacy with a business, then I urge you to apply today.
