Job Description

Macildowie Marketing are currently recruiting for a Retail Experience Manager to work for a leading brand in the Milton Keynes area on an initial 13 month fixed term contract.

The Retail Experience Manager will be responsible for developing and delivering industry leading showroom and retailer marketing initiative's. You will be supporting the businesses key priorities and Best Customer Experience principles.

Key responsibilities

-Work with the Marketing Communication Manager, District Sales Managers and Retail network to maximise the showroom experience. You will work proactively with internal stakeholders and external agency partners on future innovations for the showrooms to ensure the customer experience is continuously evolving.
-You will be required to manage 2 reports to deliver quarterly tactical Retailer assets and collateral support across a range of products and work with Campaign Planning, Product and Demand for new product launches, developing and rolling out various seasonal promotional activities.
-Manage the process to deliver promotional and launch activity within the internal and external showroom environments.
-Manage and report on the roll out / implementation of Retailer site surveys, recommendations and Installations of the Digital Catalogue for Retailer showrooms.
-Ensure Retailer engagement, participation and activation towards Retail Assets, Product Launches, Seasonal Promotions and Showroom zoning and gather feedback.
-Own and manage Retail Experience budget including financial planning, calendarisation and accruals.

Experience required

The successful candidate will be a customer focussed marketing communications professional who has worked within a retail environment where POS and below the line communications feature highly. You must be capable of working within corporate identity and brand guidelines and have experience managing a small team (2 reports), agency relationships and sizeable budgets. Campaign management skills and a knowledge of digital marketing would also be advantageous.
