A leading retailer in Nottingham is looking for a professional, motivated and ambitious individual to join the business on a 4 month contract initially. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to work for a prestigious brand.
You will be supporting the resourcing team in the attraction and selection of retail staff across the UK as well as recruiting their sales consultants in the North. There may be some international work as well. You will be liaising with line managers on recruitment best practice and advising on compliance legislations. An important part of the role will be attracting the best talent to the business through creative job advertisement and monitoring advert response. You will also be involved in organising and interviewing candidates and ensuring an effective candidate rating system is in place. There will also be travel to London on a weekly basis to visit the London branch.
The Ideal Candidate:
You should have previous recruitment experience where you can demonstrate effective attraction strategies. It would be ideal to have previous retail experience as well, either within recruitment or experience within working in retail. Above all you must have an excellent work ethic and be able to work well within a team environment.
