Our client is looking for a Reward Advisor to join their growing team at this exciting time. The Reward Advisor will become a part of the Reward team in Coventry and will be responsible for the fundamental foundations of the reward process.
£28,000 - £35,000 Coventry Permanent
Having previous reward experience, you will be reporting into the Reward Manager to support the end to end delivery of pay reviews, bonus plans and incentives.
This will include bench-marking and advising around pay and reward issues. You will provide analytical modelling of HR data which will inform decision making and you will build good relationships with payroll in order to liaise on a regular basis, making sure there are timely approvals.
The ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders is key within this role as you will be the point of contact when managing benefit plans and liaising with suppliers.
There are some really interesting reward projects to get stuck into including the deign of incentives to drive performance.
The ideal candidate for this role has previous experience in reward and solid knowledge of employee benefit programmes. The ability to build strong working relationships with senior stakeholders is a must, as well as being able to deal with sensitive situations on all levels.
It is vital that this candidate has a high attention to detail, advanced Microsoft Excel skills and a mind of analytics.
