Reporting to the Reward Manager, the Reward Advisor will provide specialist and expert reward and benefits advice and support on a wide range of strategic and operational reward projects and programmes. The individual will be primarily responsible for supporting company wide Reward policies and projects across the full spectrum of reward from benefits schemes to pension legislation changes, to ensure they support the Group reward strategy and vision. They will also be seen as a Reward and pensions expert across the Group, providing comprehensive and sound advice as and when required.
Your responsibilities will also include:
-Support reward frameworks, policies and processes that facilitate effective delivery of the reward agenda, including annual pay review, variable pay and benefit renewals.
-Be seen as an expert for Reward across the Group, providing excellent advice both within and outside of the HR function.
-To support the Company's annual Gender Pay Gap reporting, including documenting the methodology, working with the HR Analytics team and drafting of the report.
-To support the Company policies to ensure compliance with legislation, including National Minimum Wage, pension legislation HMRC requirements. This includes co-ordinating with systems and processes across different teams.
-To support the Reward Director by any data capture, analysis and drafting of reports as may be necessary, including to meet the requirements of the Remuneration Committee
-Salary benchmarking and job evaluation.
-Provide advice to the Company in relation to company pension schemes, whilst playing a key role in the management of these schemes.
-To support management of the Group's share plans (SAYE, SIP and LTIP), administered by the Company's share plan provider. This would include communications, data capture and transfer, analysis/modelling.
-Support the annual benefit renewal projects.
-Minimum of 3 years reward experience ideally a large company
-Effectively implemented and supported reward policies and practices in large organisations including annual pay review, pay/grading structures
-Focused and results driven - exemplary analytical and problem solving skills
-Effective management of 3rd party suppliers including contract negotiations leading to significant savings
-Successfully managed reward-related projects
-Extensive experience of evaluating jobs, salary benchmarking and survey submissions (ideally Towers Watson)
-Degree, ideally within a business / maths related discipline.
-Strong data analysis
-Seen as an expert in excel.
-Provided sound advice, guidance and expertise to stakeholders at all levels.
-Strong knowledge regarding pension legislation and auto enrolment.
