Macildowie HR is currently working with an instantly recognisable and dynamic business based in Northampton in their search for a Reward Analyst. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a forward thinking business and be part of a supportive team. The role is initially on a 6month fixed term contract with the potential to go permanent.
The role will involve providing analytical support in all reward related matters in order to allow timely business decisions to be made. You will be maintaining and updating their job matrix, ensuring that market data can be provided to the business when making decisions around new hires and promotions. The role will give you the chance to look at and manage the pay review process to ensure that it aligns with the overall reward strategy. You will also have the opportunity to get involved with various projects such as pay review, benefits and gender pay gap reporting.
The role will require someone with strong analytical skills and be able to work to strict deadline, particularly in relation to pay review and renewal data for benefits information. You will get the chance to develop new reward policy and procedures in line with changes in practices or legislation and determining appropriate methods for the successful implementation of these.
Ideally this person will have previous experience within a reward role and very strong excel skills. It would be beneficial to have done previous work in regards to pay review. You will be determined and able to work well under pressure. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone looking to progress and use their skills within a fantastic business.
