Our client is a business who are leaders in their sector and recruiting this Benefits & Reward Manager vacancy. Supporting the Head of HR you will manage, design and implement benefit, pension and fleet programs which are competitive, cost effective, deliver optimum value to both the business and the employees and underpin employee engagement. You will be responsible for a small team (2) and take responsibility for:
Advise and guide the business heads and HR Business Partners on all reward/benefit/pension initiatives - Support managers on developing reward and benefits packages that aid recruitment and retention
Management of Rewards/Benefits & Pensions
Manage and own the relationship with the Company's Benefits & Pension providers, ensuring the service provided is within the contractual agreement.
Manage the UK benefits portfolio working with Pension & Benefits advisors ensuring the benefits packages are cost effective and engaging - ensure the Senior Team is kept up to date with changes in legislation affecting pension and benefits and make appropriate recommendations.
Manage the annual purchase of salary sacrifice benefits by our employees via the flexible benefits platform
Project manage the annual salary review process and associated communications.
Prepare accurate salary data for each divisional and leadership team
Conduct and analyse information from benchmarking exercises comparing salary and benefits against internal and external markets
Provision of annual gender pay reporting in line with legislative requirements.
Manage, negotiate, tender and procure services from third party leasing companies.
Candidates will be experienced Pay/Reward/Benefits managers with management experience to lead a small team in this Head office environment.
