Macildowie HR are excited to be working with a growing and innovative organisation in Northampton are looking for an interim Reward Business Partner to assist in developing and delivering the reward strategy, to manage reward projects and to ensure that reward and recognition in the organisation aligns to the corporate values, engages colleagues and balances the needs of key stakeholders. The role is based in Northampton, offered initially until December 31st as a fixed term and paying up to £60,000 per annum.

The Role

Reporting into the Head of HR and working with the HR team you will lead the implementation of new and existing reward programs and initiatives (e.g. annual salary review process) providing advice and direction to senior management and the HR team. We are looking for someone to manage the implementation of Group led reward work (e.g. annual LT bonus awards process and grant of LTIP awards) to the standards and timetable set by the Group HR Director.

You will build excellent relationships with your business stakeholders to support job evaluations and reward benchmarking to ensure the organisation remains competitive through candidate attraction. You will have excellent communication skills in order to liaise with the Corporate Compensation and Benefits team and internal and external tax advisors to ensure all ex pat information on entitlement, costs and relocation and all legal obligations are met. Â

This is a stand alone role, and therefore you will be the UK lead in the administration of all benefit plans, working with providers to interpret market drivers/changes, which will impact existing benefits. Working with UK Payroll you will provide accurate and timely data for the administration of taxable benefits.

You will be the go to person, knowledgeable and credible in order to give advice in respect of Total Reward Packages. There is an opportunity to get involved in major projects, partnering HR and supporting in the local HR integration of new businesses in the UK.

The Candidate

We are looking for an astute, motivated professional who possesses previous experience of managing company-wide rewards programs with evidence of increased engagement. You will have experience in managing and implementing new programs and policies and have worked on Pensions, Auto-enrolment, Group Income Protection, Life Assurance, Salary Sacrifice schemes and understand the legislation associated with benefits.

You will have a related degree or proven track record in the profession and be self motivated and action orientated. You will have excellent negotiation skills and highly analytical. It is vital you're a strong communicator in order to build strong relationships across the business and to ensure you work closely and effectively with HR.

Experience in multiple HR function areas is not essential but would be valued, such as additional experience with payroll, HRIS, generalist experience and working within a multi-national company.
