Macildowie are pleased to be working with a well known leading organisation based in Northampton, that is looking to hire a Reward Specialist to join their busy team on a part time day rate basis. Likely to be 2 or 3 days a week, our client is looking to pay up to Â350 per day.
You will support the team in in delivering reward strategies by evaluating current reward and benefits offerings against performance and reshaping to encourage high performance across specific business units.
You will lead on a review of the current pay and benefits package, including management and sales bonus plans. You will be able to use competitor analysis to ensure that the revised reward package is competitive, but also drives the right behaviours and encourages high performance. You will utilise data and the wider economic climate to formulate realistic recommendations for the business moving forward.
You will liaise with internal stakeholders to establish what is important, as well as liaising with external providers to ensure that the business is getting the most cost effective solution. There may also be opportunities to get involved wider Reward projects.
The candidate will have previous experience working specifically with reward and benefits and will have revised offerings previously. The candidate will also have excellent communication skills, particularly with regards to building relationships with senior stakeholders. The candidate will also be highly numerate.
