This is an exciting opportunity for a HR or Finance professional with experience in Reward to support with an exciting project. The role is based within a wider HR team and will be responsible for designing and negotiating the reward processes across the organisation.
The successful candidate will have experience of managing and driving reward and recognition strategies and also working on transformation and change projects.
Responsibilities will include:
- Using your excellent knowledge of reward and recognition practices including pay models, job evaluation frameworks and benchmarking tools to assist the senior management team.
- Researching, analysing and presentation of benchmarking data in relation to salary and benefits and analysis of key competitors.
- Ensuring reward practices are up-to-date, innovative and in line with legislation.
The successful candidate with have previous experience of managing initiatives from beginning to end and an appreciation of project management. You will also have strong IT skills, analytical and numerical skills with a data driven approach and attention to detail.
