Job Description


A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work for a major events company based in Castle Donnington. My client is looking for a Sales Administrator, the role is working on a permanent basis. Using SAP, the role will require administrative support to the sales departments. The role will be supporting multiple people, so the ability to take on multiple tasks and requests is essential.


  • Check shipping documentation and make arrangements as required
  • Distributing documents, producing paperwork
  • Accurately process sales orders via SAP
  • Provide reports as required
  • Dealing with stock queries
  • Processing PO Numbers
  • Raising Invoices
  • Dealing with Customer queries
  • Issuing of weekly and monthly reports
  • Manage Sales forecast figures
  • Reconciling monthly sales figures
  • Processing Sales documentation
  • Assisting with any other general administration duties


  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Good organisation and prioritisation skills
  • Good interpersonal skills, able to build rapport
  • Self motivated, proactive and hardworking
  • Enthusiastic and positive with a 'can do' mentality
