Macildowie are currently looking for a Sales Administrator to assist in the day to day running of a busy office based in Earl Shilton. This is working within a small team but a very busy environment.
This is a permanent full time position
THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure all exported items are dispatched promptly with correct documentation depending on customer and country of destination
Assist in general office duties including customer enquiries, orders etc that come in by telephone, fax and email
Assist in the management of demo stock and hire equipment for traceability and emergency hire
Liaise with sales international team service and warehouse staff in particular on customer matters to achieve best outcomes
Maintain and develop organisational culture, values and reputation in all markets and with customers, principals, partners and regulatory/official bodies
Adhere to the requirements of the company's management system
Ensure that sales orders and all customers enquiries are dealt with in a timely manner
Ensure processing, paperwork and documentation is accurate for traceability of all equipment.
Answer customer enquiries in a courteous and timely manner
Support all staff
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
In order to be considered for this position my client is looking for someone with excellent communication skills and the ability to work with various different customers. You need to confident on all Microsoft Office and be able to work in a busy environment.
