Macildowie are currently looking for an Internal Sales Representative to work for a large business based in Wigston. This role offers the opportunity to become part of an evolving team that deal with the companies international customer base. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to succeed in their career and growth with the business. There is also room for progression within the company.
This is a permanent full time position.
THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
The role requires the ability to build relationships with new and existing customers
Understand customer needs and to think proactively in sourcing product from both internal and external suppliers
Manage the entire quotation process from enquiry to order
Inputting customer data on to the internal system
Dealing with any customer queries
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
In order to be considered for this position you MUST have Internal Sales or Sales Administration experience. You will be an ambitious, self-starter with the ability to prioritise your responsibilities to fulfil the customer requirements. A positive can do attitude is essential. You must possess a confident manner and the ability communicate at all levels within the business and externally with customers and suppliers.
I.T Skills (especially Word, Excel) but you will also be trained on their internal system.
