My client has an exciting opportunity available in their Sales Ledger department. You will be working in a team of 6, responsible for a portfolio of specific accounts, ensuring payments are received for services and overdue accounts are regularly updated. THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Setting up new client accounts
Raising invoices for services provided
Allocating payments accurately thus ensuring minimal unallocated cash entries and account reconciliations
Ensuring that funding has been agreed and that contracts are in place and to chase any outstanding debts
Compiling debtors lists and associated information for quarterly review meetings
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
Excellent communication skills are essential
Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office
Highly organised and methodical approach required
Ability to work with internal and external customers is essential
