We are well established in providing banking and IT solutions to businesses all over the world and the telemarketing team have gone from strength to strength under the leadership of the sales manager. Due to hierarchy changes, this role is now vacant and we need to find the next best manager to take their place.
You don't necessary need to have experience in our sector, but it's important for natural integration that you DO have telemarketing/sales contact centre background to adjust to the environment swiftly.
11+ staff will be reporting into you and 2 teams, requiring leadership, coaching, guidance and motivation to perform to the best of their ability.
The salary ranges from £18,000-£22,000 depending on experience. There is a bonus of circa £20,000 per annum that's achievable. There will be the opportunity to climb the hierarchy in 12 months as growth is forecasted to continue and we care about your development.
