Sales Manager / Telecommunications / People Manager / Business Development
Telecommunications business, based in the East Midlands, experiencing year on year growth and increased demand now require a Sales Manager to continue to drive the business forward and develop their internal & external sales team.
Focussing primary on business communication, improving the function to the end user via mobile, email, SMS and web capabilities and encouraging an enjoyable customer experience, which effectively improves our clients sales revenue and customer retention. Operating for over 15 years, the company has gone from strength to strength (international) and wish to continue, bringing in the right people that match the culture and beliefs.
The candidate must demonstrate 2 area's of expertise and experience:
- People Management
These are critical to be accepted into the business and be considered for interview.
We want to see someone who has won new business with million £ contracts and examples of people management, development and coaching. You'll be responsible for managing a small team, but also be a part of future recruitment. The sales team consists of internal sales executives and business development managers, which will require your guidance in recognising opportunities and winning this new business.
The salary is competitive and negotiable. Bonuses up to £15k are available and opportunities for further career progression for the ambitious as more avenue's open through growth.
