A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work with a well known and reputable company based in Ruddington, Nottingham. The main purpose of the role is to process orders received via the website and customer facing portals.
You will be responsible for processing all orders received via the website and customer facing portals. Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of working within this environment previously.
THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Importing Orders & processing orders
- Sanity checking to ensure customer details and pricing is correct
- Updating systems with relevant delivery dates
- Updating customers where applicable
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure product codes are established
- Updating of spread-sheets
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
- Literacy and numeracy
- Computer literacy
- Interpersonal skills, appreciation of good internal and external customer service behaviour
- Organisation and planning
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail
