Job Description

THE OPPORTUNITY:

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work for a market leading company based in Derby. The position will invoice processing all Sales Orders, liaising and building excellent relationships with suppliers. Successful candidate must be confident in using computer systems and be prepared to package goods ready to be shipped to customers.

THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Receiving and processing sales orders
  • Stock management
  • Raising final sales documents, including invoices
  • Collect information for maintaining quality audit records
  • Producing sales reports through Excel
  • Tracking through in house online system
  • Organising product samples for customers
  • Any other general admin duties

EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:

  • Minimum 2 years Customer Service and Admin experience
  • Driven, up-beat with positive attitude to work
  • Thorough approach to work with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Computer literate, ideally with all Microsoft Packages
  • Some Logistics experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Organised and able to multi task
