Data Entry Administrator

Macildowie are currently recruiting for a full-time Sales Order Processing Administrator to join UK's largest independent supplier of equipment in their industry.

You will be responsible for processing all orders received via the website and customer facing portals. We are looking for someone who is used to working in a fast passed environment, the volume of orders is very high in this role, so experience is essential. Attention to detail and organisational skills are key to this role.

Duties and responsibilities:

Importing orders & processing orders
Sanity checking to ensure customer details and pricing is correct
Updating systems with relevant delivery dates
Updating customers where applicable
Liaising with internal departments to ensure product codes are established
Updating of spread-sheets

Ideal Candidate:

Literacy and numeracy
Computer literacy
Interpersonal skills, appreciation of good internal and external customer service behaviour Organisation and planning
Minimum qualifications and relevant experience
Highly PC literate and a good knowledge of MS Office
