Our client, an exciting new organisation within the clean / low-carbon energy sector, is looking for someone to support the UK sales team with a range of support tasks, in a varied and exciting role that will encompass everything from market intelligence and data analysis, to customer engagement and relationship building, coordination of day to day administrative tasks within the office and creating presentations and literature that will wow their customers.
Experience gained within a B2B environment is essential for this role, as is advanced Excel ability (Vlookups, Hlookups, Pivot Tables) and a confident, engaging manner when speaking to people, on the telephone and in person.
THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales team support a range of administrative duties including preparing presentations and sales literature
Customer relationship management
Sales team logistics and international travel coordination
Project finance reporting and some data analysis
Lead generation / market intelligence gained through desk research
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
Engaging, confident and personable individual
Excellent Excel skills - advanced user
Comfortable with MS Office
Sales force or similar CRM competency
Proficient writing and editorial skills
Ability to work well under pressure
