Macildowie are currently looking for a Screening Product Support Assistant to join a growing business in Leicester. This will be an excellent opportunity for someone who has experience in pre-employment screening and dealing with compliance.
This is a permanent full time position.
THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
First line product support via phone, email and web to identify and resolve issues
To liaise with third party providers
To provide general day-to-day administrative support for manual checks
Keep up to date with legislative industry knowledge
Liaise with other Support teams when dealing with changes to integrated products
Where required, assist with product testing and training
Checking of individuals documentation to working in the UK
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
You will ideally come from a customer service background, with excellent communication skills. Assisting and reporting to the Product Support Team Leader you will need to be able to prioritise and manage your time effectively in order to resolve product related queries. With good IT and problem solving skills, you will be able to work independently with a keen eye for attention to detail. You must also have excellent communication skills both written and verbally and have the ability to plan efficiently.
