Job Description

THE OPPORTUNITY:

Macildowie are looking for a Senior Administrator and PA to join a growing business in Thurmaston. This is the opportunity for someone who is looking to grow their career working for a thriving business.

This is a permanent full time position.


THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Administrative Duties:

Support the delivery of reviewing, implementing and overseeing delivery of required processes both new and existing

Provide all departments with overall general administrative and operational support.

Work closely with the Head of Operations and Process Manager to ensure that all business processes are documented, remain up to date and circulated across departments

Co ordinate the work flow of other administrative staff

Data analysing and reporting

Internal record management

PA Duties:

PA duties to Directors and senior management team

Diary management

Booking travel/Accommodation

Event organising

Management reporting

EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:

In order to be considered for this position you MUST possess strong administration skills, be a very confident and driven individual. You must be able to liaise with people at all levels, be flexible and be adaptable. You must have strong IT skills (especially with Excel)
