Macildowie Marketing are currently recruiting for a Senior Communications Manager to join a Nottingham based organisation with links to the financial services sector who are on the verge of a significant growth period. You will be an excellent communicator with strong project management skills and regulatory understanding and be able to think creatively and bring innovative solutions to communications challenges.
The Senior Communications Manager will need to be a self-starter and able to multi-task in a fast-paced and changing environment. You will be an excellent communicator, used to managing multiple stakeholders, as well as a team player working closely with the marketing managers, operations teams and other key important stakeholders within the business.
-Recommend and improve communications to enhance customer experience
-Work closely with client support and operations on development and delivery of simple, clear operational communications for clients/customers
-Manage communications timeline to ensure company wide co-ordination and minimise impact on client support reducing call volumes
-Put in place a process for regular review of communications
-Manage multifaceted projects and develop relationships with strategic business partners
-Create and manage project plans and schedules to meet strict deadlines
-Ensure all communications are compliant and meet regulatory requirements
-Introduce more effective ways to deliver important messages to clients
-Work across teams to improve and enhance content
-Work closely with front line client support to develop communications tailored to most commonly asked questions
-Put in place reporting mechanism to assess effectiveness of client communications
-Comparable communications experience, ideally in a regulated financial services environment
-An excellent communicator with strong writing skills
-Ability to think creatively and bring innovative solutions to communication challenges
-Ability to drive projects from planning through to execution
-Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for quality and innovation
-Exceptional regulatory understanding
-Exceptional communication, organisational and writing skills
-Ability to multi-task in a deadline and result driven environment.
