Macildowie Marketing are excited to be working with an international B2C brand based near Beeston to recruit a Senior Digital Marketing Executive. You will work with the broader marketing team to develop an unrivalled digital experience which in turn will drive brand relevance and growth as well as ecommerce sales. This will definitely be a hands-on role however you will also be given the opportunity to work with various agencies and engage with the whole business to drive some really exciting brands.
You will support the marketing and ecommerce teams in the development and effective implementation of the brand strategy across the digital sphere which will include digital content strategy, ensuring content is both compelling and fully integrated across multiple channels. You will help to develop seasonal and campaign assets that will support ecommerce growth both via owned channels as well as third party key retail accounts. You will also help to increase the relevance of the brand to consumers across social media channels.
-Contribute to the development and implementation of the annual brand plan, with particular reference to the digital sphere - focussing on own channel and key third-party retailers
-Bring seasons and campaigns to life on all digital channels, driving both brand growth as well as ecommerce sales
-Work closely with the trade and ecommerce teams to develop the online representation of the brand across digital channels with retail partners
-Initiate targeted retailer activation online to elevate brand partnerships and maximise available brand assets
-Support in the management and maintenance of all social media channels and manage the community interaction
-Assist in the creation of digital campaigns, strategy and drive improvements through A/B testing
Share Digital Marketing updates across the business to relevant stakeholders where appropriate
Produce accurate and logical reports reporting on ROI versus investment on all activities undertaken
-Closely manage the Digital Marketing budget maximising spend across all digital touchpoints
Key Skills Required
-Proven experience of delivering content strategies for an established brand as well as managing social media platforms
-Strong ability to establish a voice and understand the brands audience
-Creative and able to produce innovative ideas
-Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal relationship building skills with a strong eye for design
-Working knowledge of photoshop/adobe creative suite/content management systems/photography and photo/video editing skills as well as general artwork capability
-Able to accurately produce and analyse reports and documentation
