Macildowie Finance are currently supporting a high performing business based in Leicestershire. They are looking to appoint a Commercial Finance Manager, to be fully immersed in the business, driving performance and enabling key decisions.
Within this Commercial Finance Manager role you will be responsible for:
Building excellent working relationships with several key decision makers within the business, including Sales and Operations leadership.
Providing a high calibre business partnering services across all levels- driving positive change backed by sound commercial analysis.
Leadership and development of a team of 4 Qualified Finance Business Partners.
Produce, analyse and present sales and margin performance analysis and utilise your findings to drive profitability.
Take a lead on budgeting and forecasting activity.
To be considered for this role you must be/have:
ACCA/CIMA/ACA Qualified with a commercial finance pedigree.
You must be able to demonstrate and quantify true value add, supporting senior stakeholders across the business.
You must have worked in a large, fast paced business ideally in the retail/FMCG/wholesale environment.
