Macildowie HR are working with a prestigious organisation based in Rutland are currently looking for Senior HR Advisor to join their social HR department. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to grow and develop their career within HR. Offering up to £30,000 for this permanent position with over whelming benefits.
As the Senior HR Advisor within this organisation, you will be responsible for a broad spectrum of HR duties, and will report into the HR Manager. You will provide consistent and commercial solutions to ER issues, and ensure legal compliance with all employee related requirements.
You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with 500 stakeholders within your remit, acting as a business partner and providing commercial HR perspectives on company initiatives.
The organisation are currently working on a number of projects to ensure that the HR department remains respected within the group and continues to add value. Current projects include a organisation wide pay review and the introduction of a new HR system.
The Ideal Candidate
As the successful candidate you will be tenacious and independent, and will have previously worked within the education sector, possessing good knowledge of employment law and significant experience at the HR Advisor level.
You will have exceptional people skills and will be a great team player who is able to liaise effectively at all levels but also have an eye for detail and interest in all things analytical!
