Senior HR Advisor - Wellingborough - 3-6Months - c£40,000
Macildowie Recruitment is pleased to be supporting a highly regarded business in the recruitment of an interim Senior HR Advisor. The role will be recruited on an interim basis initially but could feasibly go on to become permanent. The role will pay up to around £40,000 and will report into the HR Director.
The Senior HR Advisor will be a key player in supporting the business through a period of peak HR activity and will lead on ER activity, as well as other generalist activities including training and ad hoc projects. The Senior HR Advisor will use their up to date employment law knowledge to ensure a consistent and thorough HR service in a fast paced environment.
The Senior HR Advisor will work closely with the wider HR team to ensure that the business performs as effectively and efficiently as possible, whilst not putting the business at risk in any way. The postholder will be expected to quickly build effective relationship with key stakeholders to generate buy in and support the HR agenda.
The Senior HR Advisor will be expected to update and review policies and terms where applicable, as well utilise data and MI to make suggestions on new policies or processes.
The right candidate for this role will have extensive experience in employee relations and change management, will have a pragmatic approach to working and will have a vibrant personality that supports effective and efficient relationship building. You will be immediately available, or coming to the end of a contract very soon to be considered for this role.
