A fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and fun team has come up in the Derby area. You will be leading and advising on generalist HR and recruitment issues and ensuring that HR is an effective function to the business.
Management of ER caseloads and ensuring correct procedure is taken at all times
Overall responsibility for the HR strategy with the business
Analysing necessary changes to current processes and procedures and implementing change if appropriate
Overseeing the Payroll function and ensuring effective delivery on a weekly basis
Oversee the recruitment process alongside the Recruitment assistants
Management of the HR team on a day to day basis
In order to be successful in this role you will need to have experience of managing a small team and be confident implementing change throughout a business. You will need to come from a generalist background where you have had hands on experience of generalist HR, recruitment and payroll. You should have bags of enthusiasm and you should be looking for a new challenge and to further develop you management skills.
