Macildowie HR are working with a leading commercial organisation based in Warwickshire to recruit an experienced HR Advisor who is looking for their next step into a HR Business Partner role. You will work in partnership with the Director or function and be aligned to the Centres of Excellence focusing on employee relations, talent & succession planning, employee engagement and project work. The role is based in Warwickshire paying up to £42,000 p.a + 12% bonus and other benefits.
Reporting into the Head of HR and working in this generalist HR role you will be working closely with a number of HR Advisors and HR Business Partner to embed and sustain a high performance culture, and one where leaders take ownership and accountability. From the offset, you will be responsible for multiple divisions, ensuring the effective and appropriate HR policies and procedures are in place and using your excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationship with line managers and key stakeholder's. You will provide first line advice on a range of complex employee relations in a coaching style in disciplinaries, grievances, absence management and performance management and you'll be involved in end to end recruitment and learning & development. This is fast paced generalist role so you'll be able to juggle multiple tasks.
The role will support the HR Business Partner with talent management, succession planning and employee engagement and is the perfect stepping stone into a HR Business Partner role. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone wanting to develop in a well established company and someone who wants to lead and support on key projects such as wellbeing, implementation of a new HR system and benefits and grading.
You will use management information to identify ER trends and work with the your key stakeholder's on solutions as necessary as well as continuously attaining consistency and compliance across the business. There will also opportunities to work on a variety of exciting projects such as proactively thinking of ways to improve processes and development material for ER training.
You will have a proven track record of working on and resolving a number of complex ER cases and will have an excellent coaching style when working with line managers to increase their capability. You will be driven and ambitious, wanting to take on more Business Partnering tasks and projects and will be looking for a varied and high volume role and be keen to progress.
