Job Description

Macildowie HR are working with a social enterprise and not for profit company currently who have new offices in Leicester and Loughborough. They are looking for a Senior HR Advisor/HR Business Partner to join their HR team to lead on HR operations and various projects. Looking for someone who has experience working within healthcare, with a track record of working in a fast paced organisation delivering excellent results. This role is perfect for someone who is currently sat at HR Advisor level and wanting to prove themselves.

This is a temporary position for now, starting in April or before, offering £15-£17 per hour. This role will be based in either Leicester or Loughborough and will have occasional travel to Derby to work closely alongside the bubbly HR team there. Expenses will be provided for travel. The organisation have sign off for a permanent position and will offer that after 6 months.

Reporting into the Head of HR and one of the Senior Directors in the business, you will ensure the effective and appropriate HR policies and procedures are in place, giving first line advice on a range of complex employee relations issues, frequently coaching the team to develop their knowledge and key understanding, end to end recruitment and leading on large-scale initiatives.

The business have a number of contracting organisations that provide different medical services covering a patient population of over 1 million and 145 GP practises and still growing! At the Leicester site there are c100 employees, again this is set to grow so an exciting journey is ahead.
