This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior HR Advisor or Manager to utilise their HR knowledge and build upon their employee relations experience.
THE ROLE AND YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
The company are looking for someone to assist in the development and delivery of the companies HR strategy. Within the role you will be required to implement and improve company policies and procedures. This will beÂ a HR Generalist position that comprises of the full HR spectrum including HR, L&D and recruitment. In this role you will be providing advice to managers, employees and external bodies through telephone and email contact in order to quickly resolve any ER enquiries and issues they may have. You will be expected to make a decision on how to deal with each issue that is brought to your attention and to have a coaching style approach with the managers you are advising.
You will be working in a fast-paced environment so you will need to remain calm under pressure and have an approachable manner. The role will be Derby based with UK travel.
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
CIPD Qualified or Part/Qualified
Experience of providing Employment Law advice
Training related experience
Experience of providing advice to managers up to a senior level.
Experience as a HR Supervisor/Manager
Full UK driving license
