Macildowie recruitment are pleased to be working with a great organisation in Kettering on an HR Business Partner opportunity. The role will be a 12 month contract, will report into the Deputy HR Director and will pay up to £48,000.
The HR Business Partner will support an area of the business with a varied end user base, but will play a key role in developing a customer service focused culture that will improve the quality of service delivered to the end client. The HR Business Partner will lead on HR provisions and will seek to embed best HR practices to support business objectives. The HR Business Partner will also play a key role in contributing to organisational change strategies.
The HR Business Partner will work very closely with senior managers and business partners to deliver an excellent employee experience and drive a shift towards being an employer of choice. The HR Business Partner position will be a varied generalist role and the postholder will lead on recruitment, training, employee relations and HR project activities. The postholder will also be responsible for tracking HR activities using key metric data.
Others areas of focus for this position will be around health and wellbeing initiatives, building stronger union relationships and developing the leadership development programme.
To be considered for this role candidates will be CIPD qualified and will have operated in a business partnering capacity recently. The role will require line management experience, and a background working with a varied client groups would be beneficial. Experience working in a regulated environment and experience with unions would also be advantageous.
