Senior HR Business Partner
£55,000 + £6,000 car allowance + 20% bonus (paid out every year for the last 5 years)
Warrington - 2 days a week at the Head Office or on site, 3 days working from home

Are you an experienced Senior HR Business Partner with in depth experience of strategic workforce planning?

Have you supported C-suite leaders across matrix organisations to design and deliver strategic people plans across Talent, Strategic workforce planning and succession planning?

I am supporting a matrix organisation, with a truly wonderful ethos at the heart of what they do, to source a strategic Senior HR Business Partner to work with their Executive leaders across the business. This role will have three focus areas…

  • Strategic workforce planning
  • Talent & Succession planning
  • Strategic GAP analysis


In depth experience working across all 3 area at a strategic level is imperative for this role. It's an incredibly varied role with the opportunity to get involved in many other projects across the business!

Initially, the main focus is Strategic Workforce planning. This is a highly acquisitive business and your role will be to partner the business leaders to breakdown their business unit, understand the profit and loss areas, conduct a strategic GAP analysis and be able to advise on what may be happening in the micro environment, ie Brexit challenges etc. You'll then use all that data to work with them to design a project plan and conduct a capability analysis to identify gaps and potential in the talent and skillset across the business unit. You'll then pull on resource from a HR BP ro lead the operational delivery of the people plan, working with the Talent Acquisition and Organisational Development departments to lead a project team to deliver the 2-3 year plan and achieve the overall business agenda for that unit.

This is a brilliant role that will allow an established Senior HR BP to utilise their strategic abilities across a wider range of topics.
