HR Consultant - Milton Keynes

Reporting into the Consultancy Director, and a dotted line support/report to the HR Director, who is responsible for the internal and external HR service offering, this role will be offered on a permanent basis and will pay in the region of £45,000-£55,200 dependent on experience.
The HR Consultant will join a small team in building the service offering and will work with existing and new clients in the delivery of a variety of HR solutions. The role will be focused on external client delivery so the postholder will proactively identify opportunities to deliver value add interventions to a breath of professional services clients.
The HR Consultant will be responsible for leading on activities across the generalist remit which could be on a short or long term basis. The post-holder will be expected to be responsive to changes in legislation so as to be enabled in offering expert service on hot topics, such as GDPR and gender pay reporting. While hot topics will create an influx of a certain type of project work, the HR Consultant will maintain a portfolio of work that will include the breadth of generalist matters, including employee relations, talent acquisition, engagement, HR systems, Reward and L&D.
IT IS VITAL you have got a multi-client CONSULTING background. You'll have experience working in a busy consultancy capacity with the ability to prioritise and work to strict deadlines. You will have a strong knowledge of employment law and will be CIPD qualified as a minimum, while associated qualification such as an LLP or immigration advisory license would be hugely beneficial. You will have considerable experience in a consultancy environment, you will be outgoing in nature and be able to demonstrate a track record of fearlessly consulting to ensure the best outcomes for your clients.
