Our client is a UK Market leader in their field and has retained their independence, heritage and private ownership since the business was founded. Due to a recent restructure across the business that has re-shaped it's 5 YR business plan and strategy this new 6 month SENIOR HRBP role has been created to support the HR Director and business through this time of change. Broadly the role is to support and guide, not manage, a team of HRBP'S to provide an effective HR service within the business central/corporate functions and to support managers to make the business a great place to work. You will have line management responsibility for 2 Junior HR members of the team.
Key responsibilities will be to:
Work with the HRD to guide the plan
Support and improve ability/capability in recruitment/talent
Enhance and develop clear training and development opportunities
Support managers to control all areas of their business units and teams
Lead and manage the HR Administration team and deputise for the HR Director in their absence.
Design and implement HR projects
Enhance the L&D programme for continuous learning
The preferred candidate will:
Have widespread experience to cover all aspects of this role in terms of HR partnering, ER, training, Recruitment and systems
Be immediately available
Be able to commit to the 6 month assignment
Have experience of working in an FMCG/Manufacturing background
