Senior Payroll Administrator, £17500 - £18500 PA Nottingham

Macildowie is seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Administrator to join a busy finance team based in Nottingham.

Based in the Nottingham Head Office you'll be providing support to the Payroll Manager running Payroll End to End for over 2000 internal employees.

This is an excellent opportunity to join thriving business that truly looks after their employees and who consistently look to improve employee experiences. Reporting to the Payroll Manager you'll be responsible for:

  • Checking people's hours
  • Making the monthly payments on time
  • Working out Tax and national insurance deductions
  • Setting up new members of staff
  • Calculating overtime
  • Issuing tax forms (P45s for example)
  • Dealing with P11D's, SSP, SMP1 AND P45's where necessary

It is preferred that you have worked in a similar role, ideally with experience in End to End Payroll for 1000 or more employees and have experience working in a Large finance team. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be educated to a minimum of GCSE Grade C in math's and English and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft products specifically Excel.
